Moderation

for the part of to make mods moderators of a sub-section,
how do you make it 1 person moderating it?

Hello Peter1999,

To get one person to moderate a single forum or subforum, you will need to do the following:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Users & Groups Tab
3. Search users (on the left, under Users)
4. Search for the user that would like to become moderator
5. Click on the permissions sign () next to their name
6. Check "Is Moderator" for the forum or subforum you would like that person to be a moderator in
