How Do I Change White Lettering On White Background

Hello;

My problem here is a simple one I know, but I have not been able to find the right place to change it.

To explain I have these pictures:
This picture is a highlighted area that I am talking about the lettering I want to change:


This is what it currently looks like:


How do I change the underlined wording in the top picture to show up preferably in black.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To edit the colour of these fields go to Admin Panel>Advanced>Users & Groups>Users>Profiles>Fields>Click Modify for each field you wish to edit>Field edit>type HexCC #333333 (black) in the top right hand window. Click Save. Repeat for each field you wish to edit. Don't worry about putting in a description.

You can also add icon URLs here if you wish to give these fields a small icon.
