admin page logs back!!!help please

when ever i log into my Administration page i get the
"Welcome to Administration"
but then when i want to go onto the other folders like
#styles
#forum
and all the others it just logs me back into the Welcome to Administration page.


please help!!!!!!!!!

i am using windows xp pro with sp2 installed.
i have also tried it on a visa pc and my Nintendo wii and they all do the same thing.

i have tried it on:
fire fox
windows explore 7
windows explore 8
opera for wii

i live in south Africa and my internet provider is telkom who also does my line rental.

my brows does accept cookies.
