In progress Admin automatically logged out of the chatbox when he logs into the ACP

Yeah, basically that's the whole story. Whenever this guy (not me) tries to log into the ACP, he's logged out of the chatbox. Why is that?

It isn't happening to any other admins, as far as I know.

It isn't happening to any other admins, as far as I know.
There is a default chat time out. If a message is not sent for duration of time the chatbox automatically time you out. When this happens, if you click log in it will re connect you. It can be extremely annoying but that is how it is.

That isn't it, though. It's the second he logs into the ACP, he's automatically logged out of the chatbox. It's got nothing to do with the away/time out feature.

Has the admin tried clearing the forum cookies? He should also try clearing his/her browser cache and cookies. See if this fixes it.
