How to add the Stream Movies feature

Ok so my question is i need to add the stream video feature to my forum so that the visiters dont have to click on the link to take them to the stream video site insted they can just click on a botton that says play and it will auto play the movie link without them leaving my site to the other site link i,v seen this done on this forum http://onlinemovies.forums1.net/ and i need it to look the same way,if some one please can explan how its done step buy step. my forum is movie.forumsmakers.com.
