On my forum i see all kinds of images of photobucket with Bandwidth Exceeded
How can i solve this?

Remove the background image or put a new one hosted somewhere else.

Are you an admin? If the answer is Yes than you have.
Display >> Colors >> CSS Stylesheet

All admin's have access to the css
This can be found in the settings gave here

ACP >> Display
Down the left side look for
Pictures and Colors
Click color

then when you get there click on
CSS styesheet

This will give you a long code
Look for the code gave by Nera
and remove it
if that don't work please let me know and i will see if i can get the part that is missing for you
or you can just pm the member that made the skin on hitskin and ask them to give you the part that is missing

I found it, it didnt came to my mind to look under "Colors"

I deleted it and it has the normal background now.
