Hello ronnyhenri,

To delete the default avatar, please go to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Display Tab
3. Avatar gallery (on the left, under Avatars)
4. Avatars management mini-tab
5. Get rid of the URL in the "Default avatar" field and click on the "Define as default avatar" button
