Solved Username Already Taken

Hi,

So, someone is having trouble getting their confirmation e-mail. He said it is not showing up in spam or in-box.

FAQ's recommend I set him up and change e-mail later. I tried to register him but got the message, "Sorry, username already taken."

I looked in the admin panel and searched for the username in the search box and got the message, "Sorry, no such username."

Any advice?

Perhaps he's registered but not active so he doesn't show up in your list.

Do you have any suggestions? Edit: He needs his confirmation e-mail.

Resolution: Found answer in other's posts. I just had to CTRL + F to find "inactive users." From there it was clear.
