HOw to allow Mods to ban members.

Im sorry if its been covered already but havent seen it posted yet.

I want to be able to allow my Mods to ban members in the extreme condition that its needed.
I have it set up in the control panel under general configuration/security and checked off to allow Mods to ban members. However they don't have access to the admin panel nor is there a tool in the Mods toolbelt to allow this to happen.

Is there something else I have to do?

I have created a group under group administration for moderators etc, and they have all access to the basic Mod tools etc.

You must select the option "Disallow moderators to ban members : : No"
