Clock time, Please help. Empty Clock time, Please help.

Hey All,
Can anyone point me in the right direction Arrow
I have changed the clock to my time ( Australia, Eastern)
But it doesnt show the correct time after I save it and return to the forum.
Any help would be gr8.
