Forum is really slow

I have many problems lately. XD

Anywayz, my forum is like REALLY slow. All other websites are fast, but in my forum I have to wait for a minute at least, so it'll post, or take me to another page. And it's pretty annoying.
Is the problem with my forum? I mean, It can't be my Internet connection, because yeah, even this forum is fast.

I dont want to create the same topic so i will write in here.
I got exactly same problem, from yesterday evening my forum became very slow exactly same as Murtagh writing above, its taking sometimes few minutes to load a page, all other pages working fine.
