I want to delete some forums, but dont know how Empty I want to delete some forums, but dont know how

Hey i've got a problem.. ages ago, i made a few forums using my two main emails, and i have long since forgotten the names of the forums, let alone the urls. I would now like to make a new forum, and since i really dont want to make a new emal just for this purpose, i would really like to delete them... but since i just joined this forum in order to delete them, i havent reached the post requirement in order to contact Typlo.. can someone help?

the first forum i have on this mail: xxxxxxxx
and the second one is: xxxxxxx
