Chatbox Script Error

Hi guys.. having a few issues with chatbox at the moment. Everything has been working fine up until today. No changes were made to my forum settings, but everytime i log in now, I get a "chatbox" scripting error?. If I Turn chatbox off in Admin panel, the problem goes, but as soon as i activate it again, I get the error. I cant log into chat, or see if anyone is online... Any ideas on how to fix this issue?...thanks guys

can you post a screen shot of the error.
it may just be a temp thing to do with forumotion doing maintenance or server issue of some sort?

One of my users just mailed me this screenshot. She gets this error message when she tries to log on, and she says no matter which option she clicks, it just keeps coming back. Is it the same?

try it on a different browser and see what happens?

That was the exact error i was getting! Have resolved the issue now.

The problem is with a Microsoft Update. KB**** something a rather..

Go into your computers Control Panel>Add Remove Programs...Click show updates. then uninstall the following updates one by one until the problem stops

Sorry about the delayed response...this one took a while to work out! bloody Microsoft....lol

If you have different updates due to running system etc, check for all updates on the 27/04/2011. this is where the problem arose.
