First you have to register an account on the support forum, then you have to figure out who to contact, then in order to contact that person you need to have at least 2 posts in the forum to enable PM... what is all that about!?

There is a 2 post limit because there are hundreds of members who register and send links to users leading to viruses.

Maybe you are a newbie, but most services in the size of forumotion offer a support section that is easy to understand.

And what I ment was I don't mind paying for support... This is a suggestion forum so I just suggested paid or free support would be nice... ok!

Well there are some privacy issues regarding support, you don't want the whole world to index your support questions right...
