Solved I DO NOT REMEMBER MY PASSWORD..HELP...

This is my forum address http://greek-tracker.bestofforum.net
I do not remember my password for the forum and when I try to have a new password send to my email I get this message at the login prompt:
The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security

Nothing happens afterwards and I'm just stuck not having any admin access.

What can I do now?
