new member registration

My friend tried to register as a member on my forum. He went through the process they said they would send a verification email but it never came. He tried to rergister again but they said the email address was already in use by a member. so he went to log in forgot pw and they said that email does not exist as a member? he is in limbo?

Hi, have you tried checking in the inactive users list? Go to:
1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Users & Groups Tab
3. Inactive users (on the left, under Users)
