I want to disable avatar systme completley. So that no one can use Avatars at ALL ! Please help. ( www.kaywire.com )

I don't think that you can disable avatars. All you can do is disable the avatar gallery.

Oh how can i make all avatrs 100 by 100 pixels that they will have ?

Go to admin panel=>Styles=>Avatars=>Personal Gallery. There you will find an option called" Maximum Avatar File Size" . From there you can select the maximum avatar size you want your forum to have.

doesnt seem to work even tho i deleted all avatars. They put them back and they still were big.

Well what do you exactly want to do? You can't deactivate avatars(as far as I know). You can only deactivate the avatars gallery(which are those avatars that you already have available). The option should work and there avatars should automatically be resized if they are bigger then the maximum avatar size that you specified.
