PLZ VERY IMPORTANT!! How to other Shoutbox

Hi

i wanna add a shout box in my forum
i didn't like the exist one ,because we need to log in to chat and it's kinda old
i wish you can help me add this shout box on my forum on top like this one




what should I do? and if there code or web-site of this shout box post it plz cuz i want this shout box style
and one more thing, I tried add widget shout box i made but i couldn't place it on top of forum like it shown here




i dont know how to make shout box widget on top of forum

plz tell me how to do it in details and i will be so much greatfull

when i choose theme for my forum i cant see the Template thing in display banner

Template changes will stay regardless to your theme changing.
Where are you looking at it?
