Sticky/pinned thread Empty Sticky/pinned thread

Please help. I do not see a button to pin a thread. I can move, delete, lock, split and merge but I can't make a sticky/pinned thread.

You have to do this when you post something. So make a new post (or go to a post with edit) and scroll down. You will see "options" and one of them is sticky.
