Trying to include Navagation Links but don't know how Empty Trying to include Navagation Links but don't know how

ok you guys see the Navagation Links up top right well..... im trying to make my site look more like a website but The thing is Im not sure how to Add in another Nav bar because what im trying to do is make it so that the people's profiles look like Actual profiles you know vm The BG image on their profile Avatar The number of friends they gained their Album. Im not sure if this could be done Since im useing a PHB2 Forum if it could this would help us out sooooo much Thanks for reading this.
