Solved Editing the Welcome Message?

Is there a way to edit the Welcome message new members receive to add some helpful content? We haven't been able to send new members informational messages to help them unless we manually email them one by one which gets real old real quick.

2. General
3. Messages and e-mails > Private messages
4. Check you Welcome private message
