Forum Button Templates; Newb Question

I'm not entirely sure what they are actually called, but they are the links used to navigate ones forum. They are found at the top, with a few such as Home, Portal, Search, Help..., ect.

I'm currently editing my forum and the buttons to. I was wondering if there was a way to add more that aren't in the said list, say like an Admin panel for the admins. I had a few other ideas, but my mind just went blank.

I've been searching through the forum support, but haven't been able to pinpoint a specific answer.

3. Homepage --> Headers & Navigation
4. Click the button 'Add a customized menu'
