Issues after Forumotion crash

Here are some issues on my forum after the crash:
1. Founder password is lost
2. Some HTML pages are lost/restored
3. Some profile settings are as they were a month ago

Maybe, an apology but as it said by the staff, please wait to come back. And dont worry. It would be back to normal.

Does anyone know when the issue will be resolved? Nothing so far on phpbb's site -_-

Has nothing to do with phpBB...

We've received no official word on the issue, sorry.

has anyone tried to back up the forums using the utilities tool.
I would try to backup your forum to a couple days before this happened.
Other then that there is not much we can do until we hear an official word/update on the matter.
