I tried to introduce my forum, but everytime i press post topic, it came up with this message

Sorry, but only users granted special access can post topics in this forum

I have posted almost 30 posts on this board, why can't i do this? Sorry but didn't know where else to post this

You don't need to make a new topic on the promotions. You should read the rules and post in the Forum presentation proposals and if your presentation is accepted it will be moved by an admin to it's corresponded category.

Go to the admin panel->general->forum deletion. Then type DELETE in the box and click save. I think it then sends a confirmation email to you and you have to click a link to confirm the deletion.
