Just install a new skin from hitskin.com
Looks like the background image for the category which was being used has been deleted by photobucket.

go to admin panel>display>picture management>advanced mode>

look and see if one of your background picture codes is in wrong. Not sure, might work.

if i used new skin, the design of my forum will all change...
all i want is to put picts on that particular place..
pls need other advice...

find a picture that you like and host that picture here and put it in that spot - then it will show. I am sorry.
