events posted on calendar keep changing Empty events posted on calendar keep changing

when events are scheduled on our calendar they seem to move to a day behind. say events are manually entered for each tuesday of the month. some are seeing it appear on their calendars on monday of each week instead. is this a time related issue?

Yes, i think it appears for everyone's time zone.
