making someone founder.

How can i make someone founder?

Administration Panel: Users & Groups => Groups => Group Administration:
Group name: Administrators;
Action:
Group Members: Add Member : name of the user

I know, but i want someone to have access to he template's in display.

There can only be one founder. You will need to give user1 ID and password to him/her(but it's really risky to give the founder account's password to someone else), if you want to give him/her the abilities of a founder.

One more thing. I know this thread it's solved, but I would give you a bit cunning, because in my forum I've got it at this way.

First, create another account for yourself, then, make yourself admin with the founder account, and there is it! Now you can give you admins the founder account. Really simple right?

But you need to know who to give it. Don't give it to anyone, only those one that you trust on 100%, or staff people as well.

I think I've expressed myself well... I don't speak a perfect English :S
