Founder Help needed please.....Cannot access my founder account.

Good Evening & Hello I'm Kayren and I have tried to access my group for over a couple of weeks now trying to remember the pw that I used. I was off line due to my computer dying and when I got back online I could not access my founder's account. So a friend who is an owner of another forum told me to try and re-register with a new account just so I can get in. I did and she made me an admin but I have noticed that a good bit of my duties require the founder approval only. Which brings me here to see if there is anyway I can either get back into my founder account I hope, or have my new account as owner and made as founder? Any help is very very much appreciated.
