Cannot Access Website via Founder Account

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out what's going on with our site. Earlier today, our site went down for "maintenance." I posted an image below of what the site looks like when attempting to get on. Everyone is able to log-on to their account, but cannot actually access the website.

The issue arises when we attempt to log-on with the founder account. The founder account cannot access the site at all, not even by logging in. We're trying to determine if the account was hacked. The site has been down for most of the day (at least 8 hours). As this is my first time posting on the site, I am unable to PM a staff member. The creation e-mail is no longer available, but the founder account is under a different e-mail address.

Would it be possible to determine if our account was hacked or how we can regain access through the founder account?

We are now very sure that this is due to a hacker, as things are vanishing from the front page. When I try to log onto the founder account, this happens:

I would like to keep this thread open until there is a resolution with a PM or if contacting a staff member does not result in resolving the issue.

Our site is currently being hacked. We posted another topic to show the brevity of the situation, but it was locked and we were told to post here.

At this point we have groups that have been deleted and for all we know, our numerous topics we've spent years writing are being deleted. I am aware we need to wait for the staff we PMed to respond, but if there is another available staff member online that we could PM, that would be most appreciated.
