Transfering a domain from Register.com

First of all,greetings!Sorry if my question seems noobish but for some time now I've been having allot of trouble moving my domain from Register.com.I have followed your tutorial many times,but was met with no success.My question is:is there a more detailed explanation on how to move my domain here (sorry for my English).Here is the menu at Register.com.Would appreciate it if someone manages to figure it out.

YOu should probably ask for help from where you got the domain name. Because, we only have this
