Description of problem

Hi,sorry to bother, i've bought 1200 credits to change the default domain to a personalized one.

My question is : how much should i wait til the domain is ready?

Says that : " Your order for the domain name spd-kill.com is in process. "

And under it says : " Once the request has been processed, a delay of a few hours is required for the generation of the SSL certificate. During this period, a security message may appear in the browser when accessing the forum. "

I understand that i have to wait,but aparently say : "Once the request has been processed, a delay of a few hours is required for the generation of the SSL certificate." but i see that the request has not even been processed...is there someone who take care of those?

Hello

it can take upto 48hrs to come live.
I would ask you to hold on until tomorrow and see if this becomes live by then ....if not i will report this to our team.

Just a note if you did this over the weekend then it can take time as there is no one in our office at weekends.

I have also seen it take up to 72 hours.
