Signature disabling for certain user

Is there any way to stop a certain member from using the signature option?

NOT for everybody, just certain people

Yeah you just have to have them in a group, then set the groups permissions to have sigs

Admin panel>User and groups>

scroll down to User Settings>Allow Signatures = groups and hit save

I'm pretty sure you can click on an individual user in your ACP, scroll down to the bottom and it has some options.

'Allowed to PM'
'Allowed Signature'
'Allowed to post attachments'

Something along those lines. You can set them accordingly for individual users i think .

But you can suggest it to our Forums :O

You can also Go to your ACP >> Search users then search the user you want to remove the signature >> then go to Preferences >> Always attach my signature : No then save !

Another good idea that might help,
Will place a rule in the rules of your forum,
Saying;

Members who have been told not to have a signature, and still do it, might get warning, that's unless if you have a warming system. My point of view.
