Issue with a Skin (Cobaltech) Empty Issue with a Skin (Cobaltech)

I found what appears to be a bug with the Cobaltech Invision skin; author by Jalokim. There is a layered text issue on the profile page where multiple texts overlap each other.

Is this an isolated issue? And is there a way to fix it?
