If you break the ToS, they have all right to ban the forum, when you create a forum, there's a little box it tells you to check, when you check the box, your saying you read the ToS, and understand what ill happen if you dis oby the ToS, it is soley the owners fault for leting such things (warez) onto his forum,

The only thing we can sugggest for you is to Contest it. Forumotion can't do anything to help you. Your Site is long gone, if you had Warez, you probably wont get your site back.

Type in your correct details. Then explain why your forum should not be banned. Then submit it.

Online Guardian is a monitoring site which looks for other sites that contain illegal content. OG has banned your forum as it contains ILLEGAL information. Even if you own it, you have not taken care of your forum. So how many moderators did you have? They should have been constantly looking for illegal content, which in this case, they have NOT. And, we don't care how many users you have. 6000 isn't many compared to the world. Who cares?Typlo cannot do anything. Only you can.

Thats basically all you can do. Please do not respond with "plz chk" or any other sms talk, or useless comments. Just follow what I said and make sure you do NOT tell OG "plz open it up". Make sure your comment is meaningful and legitimate.

If you follow the steps that I said, you will never need to post in this topic again. Who cares if you didn't get a warning message. You didn't follow the ToS. Thats your fault and no one here can help you, if you don't follow the steps. By now, since you have left it so long, your members have most likely forgotten about your site. Just do the steps NOW so you still have a chance.

Listen. Forumotion is the host site. OnlineGuardian is a site which looks for illegal content. They are different. OG banned your site. Forumotion has nothing to do with it. Ignore forumotion and focus on bringing your forum back.
