How to change a color

Hey, I need help with changing the red text on this forum. I know it's not the CSS, so don't give me any code. I remember inserted a hex code somewhere, but i don't remember and it's NOT in the CSS. Here's my site:

Colors Tab

Nothing there is red.

You can change the red.
