I noticed in the screenshot, it says you can moderate but not reply.

Since, I asked founder, not administrator. Founder is that which have created the forum. I don't understant, if you are the founder you can do what you want. I think you aren't true administrator. Have you acces to the administration panel? http://forumurl/admin Wink

Your post need to be separated by 24 hours before bumping, replying or adding more information. Please use the edit button instead.

Why can't you reply? Have you tried clicking on the 'Post Reply' button? As the founder, you should always be able to reply regardless of the permissions. Smile
