Online Guardian problems
Yes I searched before posting this, but the topic I found didn't help.
Online guardian keeps locking my account. I didn't do anything against forumotion terms as far as I'm aware of. It says "We have detected suspicious activity related to your account. To unblock it, please click here and complete the form."
When I complete the form, it still won't unblock me. Now this is the second time I've been blocked by online guardian and quite frankly, it's annoying, irritating, and stressing. I don't want to be blocked a third time so is there any way to keep myself UNLOCKED?

Re: Online Guardian problems
You must not be filling the form in right,
all you do is add the code to show you are human and it should let you right back in.
As far as reasons why it's coming up it could be a number of things, such as posting a lot of links back to back, using different proxies or just randoms checks.. this is a security feature that works in the background, so all you can do is just complete the form the correct way.
Can you get a screen shot of it, i forget exactly what it ask for, i thought it was just a captcha code.

Yes its a captcha code. I've already done that and it said my account has been unlocked, but it still hasn't.

Re: Online Guardian problems
what is the message that comes up after it is unlocked?
Are you sure the admin of the forum did not ban you or something.
Also have you tried from a different location or computer?
try clearing all your cookies and everything, reboot then go back on?
I cant even guess what it may be without seeing the exact messages you are getting..
Or may be try with a different browser and see if that helps?

Re: Online Guardian problems
so then what happens, you click on the forum and the message comes up again..Please give me a screen shot of the before message(when it first comes up) then the after message when it says (you have been unlocked).
i dont understand what screen it is on, the forum or not?
If it keeps coming on like this then it is detecting something from your computer.
Are you running something that may come up as being corrupt, like script blockers or anything out of the ordinary? Are using different proxies? may the admin has your IP blocked..
Also what is the link to the forum,
But it has to be something on your end that is causing it.
So post the link and i will go there and see if it happens to me,
