Newsletter Problems

Greetings,

I have been having issues, (same issue twice in the last year) with sending newsletters. It appears when I send a general newsletter to all users, only a very small percentage receive the email. This has been verified that the email is not being put in ones junk folder, and the newsletter feature is active on all users on my forum. That being said, only a small percentage end up getting an email newsletter.

It could be due to the user not activating the option via their profile. Also they should add forumotion.com to their safe list, so that they don't miss any emails.
