Well, I don't speak English mostly, so as my friends and there is 600 people on my forum and they speak French. I don't know how to change the language of the forum. How do i do it?

Administration Panel > General > Forum > Configuration
Default Language :

Members can also change the forum's language in their profiles.
Profile > Preferences
Board Language:
