The GFX An Admin Has Done

I was not sure if this was the correct place, but if one of my admins were to be demoted, but she put some GFX on the forum and demanded it be taken down, would I be forced to oblige?

If she copyrighted the graphics, you could get in trouble with copyright infringement. To be on the safe side, I would remove the graphics by that member.

(Not trying to sound ruse when saying this, but it was the best wording I could think of)

So you are telling me, even if I could somehow find proof that the user put the GFX into place herself as an admin, I would have to take them down upon her demand?

Are these pictures or images used on the forum?

Indeed it is a photo created by him/her. But he/she is a part of your staff, he created it while he/she was in service (as a staff), even if he/she was demoted, he/she created it for the forum because it's part of his/her job having him/her on its current position.

These items which are circled were both created and put into place by this administrator



With that, is the official wording, yes, I would have to give into her demands, or no, I would not?
