Moderator unlable to Like or Dislike a Post Empty Moderator unlable to Like or Dislike a Post

The Moderator of my forum says they do not see an option to like or dislike a particular member on posts they make. They see the option for other members just not this one person. I have the like system with the like and dislike buttons at the top of each post.

Can someone tell me why my Moderator might not be able to like or dislike this members posts?
