problem with administration panel

Hi,

I have created a forum. Now trying to manage from administration panel.
But once I login as admin, then go to Administration panel,
and if I click on any option like Forum or General it's not loading the page.
Sometimes it's coming but otherwise not. Also
sometimes it's taking me to the login page again and again.
After creating the forum should I do anything else?
why I am not able to use Administration panel

You should clear your cookies and your temporarily internet files. Also you should try with another internet browser.

thanks a lot for your reply...Actually i tried that already. Tried from IE and Firefox.
having the same problem.
And from IE I wasn't getting Administration panel link
even after logging in as admin.
please help me.
