Users Can't see Links?

Hello,
For a while now, I'e had a few members tell me they can't see external links in a forum. For example, a message like this appears:
[Only admins are allowed to see this link]
I'm not sure how to turn it off and let the members see the links. Is there any way to do that? Thanks in advance!

Go to ACP --> General --> Categories & Forums --> Click on the 
for all of the forums and change "Can see links in Messages:" to Member & change "Can see images in Messages:" to Member. Then click Save.
