Help adding Admin

My site is http://conurecastle.forumotion.com/ I'm trying to add my friend as an admin, but when I add her is only says admin under her name. Her name doesn't turn blue and and can't access the admin panel. How do I fix this?

Are you adding her to the group, not just the rank?

Edit; And since the Admin group is hidden, You'll need to add her to the Moderators group for her to get the Blue color, since Hidden group's don't color members.
