adding admin

I have a partner that will need to access the the control panel of the forum in case I am not around or I can't get in.

This person is already and has Administration privileges but needs to get where he can check the part of the panel where the forum is backed up

and I can't get into the Admin panel at all at this point the message reads member or password does not exists

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security

this is the message I get when I try to have a new password sent to me

There is no way of letting anyone in the utilities besides yourself.

Admin Panel >> User & Groups Tab >> User Options >> Allow Mods / Admins to restart passwords >> Yes >> Save
