This subject has been covered a couple times already. I suggest maybe to do a search before posting.

The designer of that skin decided that he wanted his skin Onyx removed from the admin panel on forumotion. He has also declined to put it on hitskin.com as well.

It is okay for those who already have the skin on their forums to keep it. You can contact the designer to ask for it, and ask permission to use it. Soon, one of our technicians here at Forumotion has written about it and a link to where you can contact the designer here.
