Don't Have Auto Activation :@ !

I told my Ph friend to cr8 for me a forum and he did and her's link: http://hgl-league.forumtl.com/ then i went to Admin Panel > User Groups > Users > Members & then i found out the same thing no auto activation ! what shall i do now suicide it's not on an arab network now what shall i do i wanted 2 cr8 new one for only this reason !
