Admin can't login Empty Admin can't login

Hello all.

One of my Administrators,Nuerotica, says hey can't access the site b/c the site keeps telling him he is banned, but he, after my checking, is clearly not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Very Happy

have not banned the ips.

try to clear the ips you banned.

Look in admin panel=>users & Groups=>Users=>Ban control and look for this box "Unban one or more IP addresses".
