Forum Messing Up - Don't Know How To Fix

I don't know what's wrong with it, but it's messing up. Kind of look like it's breaking away, if anyone know how to fix this problem, may you guys please give me feedback asap. I need to fix this as soon as possible, thanks.

ACP > Advanced mode > General tab > Forum box > Configuration > Get to bottom, tick to re-synchronize your forum & save.

It's not that, It's happening for everyone .. I cleared my caches more then once.
