I have a forum called "Other" which I would like to put in my navbar. How can i make it so that it is a direct link to my forum?

Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Headers & Navigation
Create a customized menu button.

If you don't wanna waste up space, I suggest for you to do this instead:

Administration Panel < Display < Homepage < Headers & Navigation < Index/Home < Change Picture < Save

If that doesn't allow you, go do this:

ACP < Display < Pictures Management < Index/Home < IMG Link < Save
